Our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment. Any orders placed on or before 12 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the following day.

           Shipping Fee
         
           Shipping Fees are based upon the weight of the products.

Free Shipping & Promo Codes

If you are using a Promo Code for Free Shipping or Have a Free Shipping Wholesale account, your order will ship FedEx Ground by default. If you select Expedited shipping at checkout, the Free Shipping is void and you will be responsible for the Shipping Fees. 
 
Fed-Ex Express

Orders placed on or before 12 PM EST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on late Thursday or Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

USPS

Orders placed on or after 12 PM EST on Friday are slated to ship the following Monday.

Missing Packages

 
In the event that an item has been marked as "delivered" but has not been received, please contact Client Services as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, It may be asked that you file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier to receive reimbursement for your order. 

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged please contact Client Services within 3 days of delivery for assistance.  Please do not discard the damaged item or packing slip as photos of these will need to be provided in order to initiate a replacement shipment. Depending on the circumstances, or if the items shipped using your 3rd party account, you may be required to fill a claim with the appropriate carrier for reimbursement. 

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong items by mistake, please leave the products unopened and contact the client services department right away. To initiate a replacement Client Services must be notified within 7 days of the arrival of the package. Partial items or opened items will not be replaced. 
 
International 
 
International shipment requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact client services if you are requesting an international shipment.
