Return unopened items within 30 days from the invoice date for a store credit in the amount of original purchase price. All returns must be approved by our Reverse Logistics team before the return is shipped. Please note that we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. Mi Botanicals is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.

Damaged items may be replaced or store credit issued based on circumstance surrounding the order. You may be asked to file a claim with the appropriate courier to recoup your invoice total. Please see our Shipping Terms for more information or contact our Client Services team.
